"EXHEO" Education and Career Development Foundation

EXHEO is an education and career development foundation dedicated to supporting young people and adults in their professional, personal, and lifelong development.

The foundation designs and delivers learning, career guidance, capacity-building, and development initiatives that help individuals strengthen their skills, identify opportunities, make informed career decisions, and adapt to changing labour-market needs.

EXHEO also has experience in faculty and educator development. The foundation has conducted training for university professors on key professional and transversal skills, including emotional intelligence, change management, leadership, educational technologies, and the use of artificial intelligence in instructional design.

EXHEO works with learners, professionals, educators, organisations, and partners to create practical and inclusive learning opportunities. Its activities include training programmes, workshops, mentoring, career development initiatives, skills development, educational projects, and international cooperation.

Through its work, EXHEO aims to empower individuals and educators to build sustainable development pathways, strengthen adaptability and leadership, and contribute more effectively to their institutions, communities, and professional environments.
