EEEK Athens is a youth-focused non-profit organisation based in Athens, Greece, actively implementing European cooperation projects in the fields of healthy lifestyle promotion, youth entrepreneurship, urban gardening, and sustainable food systems, with a strong emphasis on microgreens cultivation as an educational and practical tool.

The organisation holds Erasmus+ accreditation and European Solidarity Corps (ESC) Quality Label accreditation, enabling EEEK Athens to participate in and coordinate long-term European mobility and cooperation activities. Our current work focuses on equipping young people with green skills, entrepreneurial competences, and practical knowledge related to sustainable urban food production, healthy nutrition, and environmentally responsible lifestyles.

EEEK Athens primarily targets young people aged 15–30, including students, young entrepreneurs, volunteers, and youth workers interested in sustainability, green innovation, and social impact. Activities are designed using non-formal education methods, hands-on workshops, volunteering, and digital tools, ensuring learning outcomes that are transferable to real-life initiatives and community projects.

The organisation actively collaborates with schools, youth organisations, municipalities, training providers, and NGOs working within the Green Agenda, particularly those focusing on urban farming, food education, climate awareness, and social entrepreneurship. EEEK Athens is open to participating as a project partner, hosting organisation, or co-developer of educational content and pilot actions within Erasmus+, ESC, and other European cooperation programmes.
