European Solidarity Association

European Solidarity Association (ESA) is an experienced non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young people across Europe. Since our official establishment in 2021, we have successfully designed, coordinated, and implemented numerous youth projects at both local and international levels, primarily through the Erasmus+ programme (KA1 and KA2).
Our work covers a wide range of topics crucial to youth development, including social inclusion, digital literacy, mental health, climate action, and leadership. We specialize in creating dynamic, non-formal learning experiences that engage young people from diverse backgrounds and equip them with the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
Our mission is to empower young people — especially those from rural or underrepresented communities — by creating safe, engaging spaces for personal growth, intercultural exchange, and skill development. We believe in learning beyond the classroom, using creative, participatory methods that resonate with youth and inspire long-term change.
