EUROPEAN LEARNING NETWORK MTÜ

The European Learning Network MTÜ (ELN) is an Estonia-based non-profit NGO dedicated to building a collaborative European network for education, training, and innovation. Our mission is to connect people, organisations, and communities through inclusive learning opportunities that enhance employability, digital readiness, and social cohesion.

ELN has proven experience in developing and managing EU-funded projects and also provides consultancy support to partner organisations, helping them design, implement, and scale impactful initiatives.

As a bridge between education, technology, and community development, ELN brings together universities, VET institutions, NGOs, SMEs, and government agencies from across Europe. This collaborative network fosters the exchange of best practices, the co-creation of joint projects, and rapid responses to evolving social and economic challenges. Through a focus on innovation, inclusivity, and cross-border cooperation, ELN empowers learners and communities to thrive in a fast-changing world.
