The purpose of the organisation is grounded on the highest European values, aiming to create a comprehensive and inclusive European-level network and platform that brings together individuals, ideas, and initiatives from across Europe by empowering future leaders and the transformation of ideas into concrete initiatives that are oriented toward the development of civic leadership, democratic inclusion, cooperation, and the sustainable progress of European societies in all fields of life.
The organisation aims to support and promote individual and collective development by empowering the capacities of youth, professionals, activists, and future leaders, so they may contribute to the improvement of governance, education, politics, economy, entrepreneurship, culture, art, sports, human rights, technology, innovation, and other sectors essential to democracy and social well-being.
The organisation aspires to serve as a collaborative platform that supports individuals and groups in transforming their ideas into concrete actions
with lasting social, cultural, economic, and institutional impact at local, national, and European levels. In this regard the organisation carries out activities in the following fields, without being limited solely to them:
-Building cooperation networks and platforms: Connecting individuals, professionals, youth, future leaders, organizations, and institutions that share common visions and initiatives for the development and progress of European societies.
-Support and mentoring of new initiatives: Assisting impactful projects, innovative ideas, and enterprises with added value for the community at local, national, and European levels.
-Development and implementation of national & international projects: Collaborating with partners from the civil, academic and institutional sectors in the fields of leadership, formal and non-formal education, youth, democracy, the rule of law, human rights, EU integration, activism and inclusion, economy, entrepreneurship, environment, energy, transport, technology, innovation, culture, art, and sports.
-Organization of educational activities: Hosting trainings, academies, conferences, seminars, forums, youth and professional exchanges, and educational activities that encourage the development of capacities, ideas, innovation, leadership, civic participation, and active involvement in democratic processes and public life.
-Promotion of European values: Advocating for democracy, inclusion, equality, human rights, diversity, and solidarity through intercultural activities and international collaborations.
-Encouraging dialogue and advocacy for public policies: Supporting youth inclusion, the improvement of education, innovation, sustainable development, and the strengthening of democratic institutions at local, national, and European levels.
-Providing technical assistance and consultancy: Offering expertise support for various actors on the path toward transforming ideas into actions with a positive impact on the community and beyond.
-Conducting research and analysis: on issues related to democratic development, youth, civic engagement, good governance, the rule of law, human rights, innovation, economy, environment, education, leadership, European integration & the EU, and the management of social changes.
