European Academy of Strategic Training and Business

European Academy of Strategic Training and Business (EAST) is a young organization from Zagreb, Croatia that works with youth and (young) adults of different backgrounds and helps them in their development, both personal as well as professional. While helping them reach their full potential, we emphasize making them active citizens of their society, a positive force that can make a true difference in the future.

In our mission, we are focusing on equipping youngsters with abilities that we find transversals such as critical thinking, people management, emotional intelligence, and creativity. As our main tools, we mostly rely on non-formal methods thus outdoor education, simulations, escape rooms, and games to stimulate their learning environment. Alongside non-formal education, with various international partnerships and cooperations, we focus on allowing them to learn about topics such as inclusivity, employment, environment and sustainability, civic participation, mental health, human rights, etc. EAST believes that with youth's development, with the broadening of their horizons and teaching them about different cultures, languages, and intercultural environments, we are making advocates of the future.
