ur organization EUROEDUAS is a non-profit organization located in a disadvantaged area named Jiu Valley.The romanian organization is located in a urban area of about 40.000 inhabitants.The socio-cultural context is characterized by some characteristics common to the disadvantaged area: a low cultural level, the search for the first job with inappropriate professional and cultural competencies, the search for new competencies in order to improve the personal approaches;
The economic context is given by monoindustrial sector-mining ,but having a rich natural heritage the economic sector is growing in the tourism industry and small companies are more and more widespread;
The objectives of our organization are :
-to develop approaches to learning based on innovative learning methods and key competencies developed by the European Commission in formal / non-formal and adult students
• Training of trainers on their new roles in formal / non-formal and adult learning techniques based on the innovative teaching-learning;
• to provide networking support in local communities and funding of non-formal learning
• to develop social skills, moral and vocational education of young people through programs of lifelong learning
• to help students better use of their potential, guiding them to a successful career
• to access to lifelong education of all social and age promoting inclusive education
• to provide advisory services, documentation, communication and information, psycho-pedagogical professional development and management trainers / practitioners of adult education essentially scientific support necessary to improve the national education system continues in our region to compatibilize with international education systems and practices;
The overall aim of this project is to provide space for youth workers, youth leaders ;
