ESPAI JOVE D'ALFAFAR

The Espai Jove-Youth Information Centre is a free and public local centre for Alfafar young people information, non-formal education, participation, and educational leisure.

The centre develops youth local policies, depends on the Youth Department, and belongs to the Ayuntamiento de Alfafar (Alfafar City Council).

The centre is open to young people, from 12 to 30 years old, on Tuesday and Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 14:00 PM, and from Monday to Friday, from 16:00 PM to 20:30 PM.

The services, projects and activities offered are:

- Telecentre: 9 computers with connection to internet and a printer, and Wifi connection.
- Youth Information: information about the areas that interest and affect young people.
- Youth leisure: alternative and educational leisure aimed at young people with different activities.
- Youth Animation: trainings courses on sociocultural animation.
- Youth Participation: we information fot the creation of youth associations.
- Youth Card: expedition of the Valencian Youth Card.
- Youth Mobility: information related to international mobility.
- Erasmus+ programs.
- Garantía Juvenil: guidance services for labour and social inclusion of youngsters who art not in employment, education or training (NEET).
- Jove Oportunitat (JOOP): a programme to motivate and guide young people between the ages of 16 and 21 who have dropped out of school and are unemployed.
- Other services and actions.
