The Eskişehir Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports is a public institution operating under the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Türkiye. Our Directorate works to support the personal, social, cultural and physical development of young people, promote active citizenship and participation, and encourage young people to lead healthy, productive and inclusive lives.

Our activities cover a wide range of fields including youth work, sports, volunteering, culture and arts, education, social inclusion and international mobility. Through our youth centres, sports facilities, youth offices and various programmes, we provide young people with opportunities to develop their skills, discover their potential and actively participate in social life.

Youth centres and youth-oriented programmes in Eskişehir offer young people opportunities to spend their free time meaningfully and improve their competences through activities such as sports, cultural and artistic activities, language learning, workshops, volunteering, social responsibility projects and educational programmes. We aim to ensure equal access and participation for young people from different social and cultural backgrounds.

As the Eskişehir Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, we place particular importance on European cooperation and international youth work. We actively participate in Erasmus+ projects and international mobility activities, supporting young people, youth workers, trainers and sports professionals in gaining international experience, developing intercultural competences and sharing good practices.

We are also interested in developing projects focusing on social inclusion, active citizenship, digital skills, healthy lifestyles, environmental awareness, volunteering, youth participation and the personal development of young people. Through international cooperation, we aim to create sustainable opportunities for young people and strengthen their connection with European and global communities.

Eskişehir is a dynamic university city with a strong youth population and a vibrant cultural and social environment. This provides a valuable setting for developing innovative youth and sport projects and for bringing together young people, youth workers, educational institutions, sports organisations and other stakeholders.

We are open to cooperation with organisations that share our commitment to youth empowerment, inclusion, active citizenship, sport and international mobility. We are particularly interested in establishing sustainable partnerships within Erasmus+ and developing long-term, practical and impact-oriented projects based on mutual learning, exchange of experience and good practices.
