neoCK (Escuela de Conkistadores) is the leading social enterprise in Spain that develops and implements social technology applied to education, employment and social inclusion.

We promote the development of human skills by accompanying organizations in their change processes and incorporating innovative and disruptive technologies and methodologies such as gamification, serious games, coaching and virtual reality, oriented to training and assessment of soft skills and career guidance.

We have experience working with educators and VET students developing career guidance, soft skills training and entrepreneurship programmes. We also collaborate with Universities, Public Employment Services, NGOs and Companies incorporating social technology in their programmes of employability, entrepreneurship, social inclusion, digital transformation and educational and social innovation.

Thanks to neoCK's technology and intervention methodology, we increase the impact of projects, improve participant recruitment and motivation, save time for professionals and provide metrics to evaluate and make informed decisions. In this way, we solve many of the problems faced by employability, training and social inclusion programmes.
