ES-ham for Development and Training is a leading non-profit organization based in Irbid, Jordan, dedicated to fostering resilience and sustainable growth within local communities. Our approach is built on a comprehensive intervention framework that spans the full spectrum of community development: from Awareness and Prevention to Protection, Response, and Recovery.
