Erzurum Provincial Directorate of National Education

Erzurum Provincial Directorate of National Education serves on floors 4 and 5 within the Erzurum governorship building.
We have Guidance Research Center and in-Service Training Institute 20 Provincial Directorate of National Education.
Our institution; responsible for 1200 school 11000 teachers 175000 students and affiliated organization.
Our directorate carries out projects on behalf of KUDAKA,DAP,SODES,EU projects and local projects.İt also conducts local projects on his own behalf.
Some of the projects carried out by our institution are listed below:
1-Our project "The More Media Literacy TheMore Social Competence”was accepted as part of Erasmus Plus K2 projects in 2015.This project was carried out with 5 partner countries under the Coordination of our institution.
2-With KUDAKA technical support with "İncreasing Institutional Capacity" project 200 managers were trained in effective and efficient management techniques.
3- With the "direct activity support project" that provided by KUDAKA, 6 English educators from the British Council gave to 156 English teachers training on “New methods and techniques in English education”.
4-With our KUDAKA Technical Support Project, 200 teachers were trained in “Classroom Management and Effective Learning " from the head and team of the Department of Educational Sciences of Ankara University.
5-Within the scope of grants with DAP support, 3 projects have been applied and support has been obtained and 3 libraries have been provided to our schools.
6-With our SODES Project, Z-library was established in 6 schools.
7- With the SODES"Goodbye Streets, Hello Happy Tomorrows " project,efforts were completed to direct 500 disadvantaged students to social, cultural and sporting activities within SODES
8-Within the scope of SODES projects, our project "Robotic workshops", which has been awarded a grant, is continuing.
9-"Erzurum flies to Europe" 1-2 projects are the first and only project in Turkey in 2015 and 2016. Thanks to the contributions of the sponsoring institutions and organizations and with his own contribution, our teachers went to Germany,Austria, Hungary and Czech Republic.The aim of this trip is to familiarize the educational systems and social lives of the countries. The third of this project took part on a trip to Italy on 24 January 2016. The contents of the project were sent to the National Agency in 2 booklets.
10-The project "Increasing The Schooling Rates Of Girls" was carried out by our Provincial Directorate of National Education and RAM with a budget of 298.000 euro and supported by Ministry of Labour and Social Security-MEB and CFCU.
11- With the project" I'm Learning To Ski", 120 disadvantaged Junior High School students were taught skiing and then 12 of them became licensed athletes.
Our institution is a partner in the projects carried out by institutions such as Atatürk University,Erzurum Technical University,Erzurum Metropolitan Municipality, Non-Governmental Organizations,Erzurum Chamber of Commerce.
