EPAPSY is currently operating a network of units throughout Greece:
1. 23 Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Accommodation Units for chronic psychiatric patients: EPAPSY’s Accommodation Units consist of Boarding Houses, Guest Houses and Protected Flats in the regions of Attica, Central Greece and Thessaly. The Ministry of Health is responsible for their funding and operation, while referrals are being accepted by health institutions and social services. EPAPSY’s Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Accommodation Units provide with accommodation, treatment and support to people with severe psychosocial difficulties. Their operation is subject to the principles of psychosocial rehabilitation, community and social psychiatry, clinical psychopathology, and the implementation of the recovery model.
2. 5 Mental Health Mobile Units: The Mobile Mental Health Units of EPAPSY have been operating since 2004 in the region of Attica, Thessaly and the Northeastern and Western Cyclades. Since the beginning of their foundation, approximately 12,488 adults and 3,046 children have benefited by our services. The Mobile Units operate, among others, in the fields of Gender Based Violence Survivors’ care, Intervention and Support of children and teenagers with psychological and psychiatric issues and psychosocial support to elderly people, with limited access to mental health services.
3. 5 Day Centers: EPAPSY ‘s Psychosocial Intervention Day Centers are open units in the community and are oriented towards adult beneficiaries. They are comprised of interdisciplinary teams of experienced and highly trained professionals, who work towards a holistic and personalized approach to mental health issues. 
Our Day Centers perform in collaboration with the local community, mental health institutions, municipal services, volunteers and other community bodies, with respect to the needs, experiences, and rights of the beneficiaries.
Our Day Centers are:
- “Franco Basaglia” Psychosocial Intervention Day Center is a community mental health unit for adult citizens of the 5th Mental Health District in Athens and the Day Center of Trikala operates in Trikala city supporting the community with personal and interfamily services.
- The Dementia Day Center in Larissa & Trikala, which is a half-day stay, therapy unit for patients with Alzheimer’s dementia or other similar disorders, which also provides support for their families. It offers various services, mainly focusing on the needs, experiences, and rights of the beneficiaries.
- Day Centers for Eating Disorders, in Athens and Thessaloniki, where special emphasis is given on the care of children, adolescents, young adults and their families.

4. Early Intervention Units, in Athens and Theassaloniki, where mental health services are provided to people from 17 to 35 years old, who are experiencing a psychotic episode for the first time, as well as to their families.
