NAC Sicilia , is a local association of Vocational Education and Training (VET) Providers, has been established in 1993 to coordinate and to promote vocational guidance, education and training, re-qualifications and retraining within the several bases of Canossian Schools and VET Centres.  
The main aim of ENAC is to promote personal and professional development enhancing individual competences and attitudes.  In particular, within its activities it favours those interventions towards more disadvantage people, at risk of social/professional marginalization.
ENAC sicilia is member of ENAC, it is organized as a network association  coordinated by the national office and operative in many Italian regions. It is composed of 94 School and VET centres located in 9 Italian Regions: Basilicata, Emilia Romagna, Lombardia, Marche, Puglia, Sicilia, Toscana, Trentino. The wide spread allows to keep an integrated and global view and to act locally in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
In particular, in the field of Vocational Education and Training, we gather 19 VET Centers that provide training, education, counselling and job placement activities.

·         Initial Vocational Education and Training courses
·         Life-long learning and higher education
·         Vocational guidance and job (re)placement services
·         Research on territorial training needs
·         Research and testing of innovative training activities;
·         Activities to improve social inclusion of disadvantage people
·         Promotion of gender equality
·         Evaluation and quality monitoring tools development

ENAC is recognized by the Italian Ministry of Labour and Social Policies; by the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research as training centre for educational staff;  by the Veneto Region as vocational training and guidance centre for higher and lifelonglearning education and as accredited employment service agency.
