ENECA

ENECA – NGO for Entrepreneurship, Employment and Sustainable Development is a youth- and community-oriented non-governmental organisation based in Niš, Serbia, established in 2005 and active across the entire country.
ENECA works primarily on youth employability, youth activation and skills development, with a strong focus on self-employment, entrepreneurship and labour market integration of young people, especially those with fewer opportunities (NEETs, unemployed youth, young women, and youth from disadvantaged backgrounds).
A key pillar of ENECA's youth work is its role as the host organisation of the Job Info Center Niš, implemented within the national youth employability programme "Education to Employment". Through this programme, ENECA provides career guidance, individual counselling, employability support, skills development, employer mediation and youth activation measures, working closely with employers, education providers, public institutions and local communities. Although not an Erasmus+ initiative, this programme is highly relevant for Erasmus+ youth cooperation due to its strong non-formal learning, inclusion and practical impact components.
ENECA designs and implements youth-oriented projects that combine:
-non-formal and informal learning,
-development of transversal and entrepreneurial skills,practical, work-based learning approaches,
-innovation in youth employment services,
- local community engagement.
In addition, ENECA supports youth entrepreneurship and social innovation, providing training, mentoring and start-up support for young people interested in launching their own initiatives or social enterprises, including in green and sustainable sectors.
ENECA has strong experience in pilot activities, co-creation of tools with young people, dissemination at local and regional level, and working in partnerships with NGOs, youth organisations, municipalities, employment services and SMEs.

ENECA is interested in participating in Erasmus+ Youth projects, particularly KA210 and KA220, as a project partner, contributing with youth outreach, pilot implementation, testing of innovative approaches, and dissemination of results in Serbia and the Western Balkans.
