Endo-Care APS

Endo-Care is an association designed to offer gender equality in the healthcare approach. Starting from gender medicine, applied to everyday aspects that concern women, the association aims to reduce the gender health gap.

Endo -care is designed and created starting from needs and requirements of patients suffering from endometriosis, and of medical teams education and training.

The association is composed by volunteers: doctors and healthcare professionals, patients, and political activists, who have the ambition to spread a multidisciplinary approach to gender medicine and women pain.

Endo-care is at the same time:
- an accessible place of treatment for patients in disadvantaged conditions
- a multidisciplinary school for young healthcare professionals

The association was established with the aim of promoting a holistic, global and gender-sensitive approach towards of endometriosis and pelvic pain, through multidisciplinary paths capable of promoting the spread of information and the development of training in the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis, promoting assistance fair and universal healthcare for women suffering from endometriosis and pelvic pain.
