We at EMCS, a Maltese company with a 36-year history, would like to express our interest in cooperating in the framework of Erasmus+ projects dealing with youth, entrepreneurship and innovation, sport.
For more than 36 years EMCS has provided valued service to organisations with a focus on assisting them achieve their potential through the delivery of practical and innovative advice. We have established ourselves as one of the leading boutique advisory firms in Malta, working with a broad range of local and international organisations, publicly and privately held, government ministries and agencies and financial institutions. Our work includes collaboration with: the Malta Tourism Authority, the Ministry for the Family and Social Solidarity, the Ministry for European Affairs and the Implementation of the Electoral Manifesto, the Ministry for Resources and Rural Affairs, the Office of the Prime Minister, the Malta Communications Authority, the Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology (MCAST), the Malta Maritime Authority, Malta Enterprise, the Ministry for Sustainable Development, the Environment and Climate Change (MSDEC).
Over the years EMCS has provided specialist tailored services to a variety of public and private clients on EU related assignments ranging from the drafting of EU funding programmes, evaluation, EU project applications and project management. Our services have also catered for key European Institutions, such as the European Commission and the European Parliament. More specifically EMCS experts have contributed directly towards the drafting of EU Programmes for the Structural and Investment Funds (2014-2020).
