ELS DELICE CULINARY ACADEMY

Els Delice Culinary Academy is a Cameroonian based organisation leading at the intersection of culture,skills and entrepreneurship.
Through informal education,we have trained over 500+ youths and women to monetize baking and cooking,helping them to build sustainable incomes from their kitchens.
Beyond that it champions Cameroonian culture through food,representing Cameroon at Africa Union events in Rwanda and Ethiopia where Cameroonian meals showcased national heritage.
Our Academy uses food as a tool for cultural exchange,youth colaboration and cross border opportunities.
