About Us: We are a dynamic and diverse informal group of professionals—Anna, Julia, Henna (Sara) and Donat—united by a common commitment to sustainability, community, and youth empowerment. Our journey began at the Ecovillage Gathering in Sweden in 2024, where we discovered a shared passion for creating positive change through education, innovation, and creativity.

With backgrounds spanning teaching, STEM, art, and dance, we bring a rich tapestry of skills and perspectives to our projects. Each of us has been profoundly influenced by our participation in Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges and training programs, experiences that have shaped our understanding of the world and our role in it. These transformative opportunities have fueled our desire to give back by fostering similar growth and inspiration in the next generation.

Our Mission: We aim to promote sustainability, community development, and social inclusion by equipping young people with the tools and knowledge they need to become change-makers in their own right. Our initiatives are designed to foster a sense of community, promote inclusive societies, and build sustainable communities for the future.

Our Approach: We adopt a holistic approach to sustainability based on key concepts:

Integration with Nature: We acknowledge that humans are part of nature and emphasize the need to respect the needs and rights of other species and nature itself to restore and regenerate healthy and resilient ecosystems.
Systems Thinking: We approach sustainability challenges comprehensively, considering time, space, and context to understand how elements interact within and between systems, ensuring that all aspects of a problem are addressed.
