EduMansha – Associação para o Aprendizado Contínuo para as Demandas do Século XXI – is a Portugal-based non-profit NGO dedicated to lifelong learning, professional development, and community engagement across Europe. Our mission is to empower individuals of all ages and backgrounds through inclusive and innovative educational programs that foster personal growth, skill development, employability, and active citizenship. Most of our projects are currently related to entrepreneurship, financial education and support vulnerable groups

As a forward-thinking organization, EduMansha collaborates with educational institutions, NGOs, SMEs, and governmental agencies to tackle critical social and educational challenges. Digital & IT Skills – Offering training in web design, app development, cybersecurity, and digital tools for well-being and employability.

Vocational Education & Training (VET) – Delivering upskilling, reskilling, career coaching, and apprenticeships aligned with labor market needs.

EU-Funded Projects (Erasmus+ and beyond) – Managing and contributing to European projects on youth employability, sustainability, and social innovation.

Social Innovation & Community Development – Promoting gender equality, diversity, and active citizenship through inclusive programs.
