Education 360

NGO «EDUCATION 360» - is a non-governmental, non-political, and non-profit organisation established by a proactive group of young Ukrainian activists and scientists. Although based in Kyiv, it operates at both local and national levels. The organisation works and develops to help children and young people in Ukraine gain the hope and skills they need for the future, even in the face of challenges and difficulties.

EDUCATION 360 mission: is a commitment to the development of a just, enlightened and humane society where everyone has the opportunity to realise their potential and help others in this process.

EDUCATION 360 values: courage; openness and transparency; we believe in people achieving their goals; we maintain and encourage an entrepreneurial spirit; following the rule of information spreading and exchange openly, widely, and consciously.

EDUCATION 360 Main objectives:
- Increasing access to education: Our primary goal is to ensure equal access to quality education for all segments of the population and to overcome educational disadvantage.
- Development of the public sector: We are committed to supporting the development of the civil society sector in Ukraine by creating partnerships with other organisations and facilitating joint initiatives.
- Assistance to victims: Some of our projects support the provision of humanitarian aid, psychological support and opportunities for recovery to people affected by Russian aggression and other emergencies.
- Promoting democratic development: We are committed to promoting democracy in Ukraine by supporting projects and initiatives aimed at strengthening human rights, freedom of expression and citizen participation in decision-making.
- Creating cultural and educational exchange: Our organisation aims to promote cultural exchange and build bridges of cooperation between Ukraine and other countries through educational and cultural initiatives.
- Supporting innovations in education: We aim to promote the introduction of the latest methods and technologies in education. Our goal is to create innovative educational programmes and resources that improve the quality of education.
- Supporting young people: We believe in the potential of young people and aim to support their ideas, implement projects and educational opportunities for the development of the next generation.

The organisation builds its strategy on the inclusive participation principle to involve young people with different backgrounds and opportunities in the decision-making process, in particular, young IDPs, youth from rural areas, and other disadvantaged groups. In addition to this, we promote principles of tolerance, equality, and solidarity in all activities among young people in Ukraine and globally.
