European Development Consulting srl is an italian consultancy and training company established on November 2001.

Its sectors of intervention are the technical assistance to training, research and communication activities financed with public and semi-public funds, the organisational and management consulting, the dissemination of knowledge and information for the Public Administration and the Third Sector regarding labour and training policies, the social and health policies.

The EDC professional staff consists of a senior consultants team and a widespread network capable of combining high standards of competence and knowledge of issues related to the training, the Human Resources management and the organizations: knowledge management, needs analysis, planning of training programs ad hoc in order to upgrade the skills of the personnel, organizational culture, specialist counseling, orientation, management systems, active labour policies, communication, scouting and Fund raising.
