The "Am I On the Road, or Lost?" project aims to address the career indecision and disorientation often experienced by young people. This initiative, implemented within the framework of KA153, focuses specifically on young people with limited opportunities, aiming to strengthen both their personal development and their intercultural learning experiences.

Throughout the project, participants will:

Discover their interests, strengths, and values ​​through self-awareness workshops.

Develop core competencies such as communication, problem-solving, stress management, and collaboration through life skills sessions.

Learn strategies for coping with uncertainty through career planning activities.

Expand their horizons by encountering different perspectives in an intercultural environment.

Expected outcomes include increased self-confidence, greater clarity in their career goals, and the development of practical skills they can use in daily life. Project outcomes will be disseminated through social media content and a short guidebook, ensuring a wider reach for young people.
