Dress for Success is an international not-for-profit organization that empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

Since starting operations in 1997, Dress for Success has expanded to more than 150 cities in 30 countries and has helped more than one million women work towards self-sufficiency.

The mission of Dress for Success is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

Our purpose is to offer long-lasting solutions that enable women to break the cycle of poverty. Dress for Success is part of a global movement for change, empowering women to obtain safer and better futures.

We provide each client with professional attire to secure employment, but we are about much more than simply a new outfit. Besides physically equipping the client with apparel and accessories, our programs furnish her with a confidence that she carries forever and the knowledge that she can actively define her life, the direction she takes and what success means to her.

We support girls and women looking for a job to successfully manage the job interview. We value women’s talent, encouraging them to increase their potential and to be self-confident, determined, strong and brave. We help young women struggling with their first job, professionals returning to work after maternity and restarting their career, immigrant women who are not familiar with the job research.

We are part of a global movement that promotes women’s initiative and creativity, empowerment and gender equality. We offer support programs for start-up professionals, career counseling and mentoring services, style consulting, and last but not least, we provide an entire closet where to find the perfect outfit for the first job interview.
