Dream On Europe

Dream On Europe e.V. (in formation) is a non-profit organization based in Stuttgart, Germany, founded in May 2025 and currently in the registration process. Our mission is to empower young people, foster intercultural dialogue, and promote sustainability and European values through non-formal education and inclusive community initiatives.

The organization was founded by Nikolaos Kastias, a pharmacist and youth educator with Greek roots, and his sister Despina Kastia, a medical doctor committed to public health, education, and social inclusion. Together, they bring a unique combination of healthcare, intercultural competence, and educational experience to the NGO sector.

Our work focuses on youth and adult education, inclusion, environmental awareness, and mental well-being. We aim to create meaningful learning spaces where people of all backgrounds can connect, grow, and actively shape their role in European society.

We are currently looking for partner organizations for future European projects and welcome new collaborations and ideas for impactful initiatives.
