Diyarona

Diyarona had always considered serving the Palestinian society in various forms. Its administration had developed a specialized sector to perform a series of multiple events. These events support the local community and enhance its economy. Many distinguished events were carried out: The first Knaffeh Festival which included The World’s Largest Knaffeh. The idea of the plate was unexpectedly recognized world-wide, that helped Diyarona to succeed in all aspects, pushing the administration to go wider and carry out more events. Diyarona is now clearly visible on the map in the youth, tourism and historical sectors. Other events were carried out in the field of Sports; the first Nablus Marathon 2009, the second Nablus Marathon 2010, and a football match including politicians, religious and media figures.

Another important event Diyarona carried out was the Mass Wedding including more than ninety couples from the region. The wedding was held on high standards and included high-tech performances. Moreover, Diyarona also managed to carry out a first mass wedding for the people of special needs, it was held under the cooperation of Diyarona, the United Arab Emirates league and the International League of the people with Disabilities.

Diyarona is planning to keep the pace of its achievements and include more and larger projects. It is seeking to achieve its main goal of performing a linked series of media projects that tie Diyarona with the local community, and make it an integral part of the social fabric.
