DEV-AID

The organization was founded from a group of people with a long experience working with marginalized groups, working mostly in development programs of economic and social integration, empowering the target groups through vocational education training (VET) and employment mediation. The results of the work done during the years of operation, were in a satisfactory level compared with the difficulties linked with the obstacles of the hole system, creating that way, a good know how on employment mediation, best practice and a very good network composed from different actors, playing and active role on people‘s employment and becoming one of the key actors of this process. The “DEV-AID” Organization has the purpose to support and represent developing communities in human rights issues, gender equality and social progress. Furthermore, the Organization plays an important role in society by providing services to the community through orientation, mediation, information and providing alternatives for improving the socioeconomic and political conditions. DEV-AID works for the continuous improvement of political and social services in community, with special focus on respecting the rights of most in danger and in need groups such as: women, youth and community in general.
DEV-AID drafts and concludes comprehensive programs of awareness, advocacy and lobbying, research and studies, professional and integration programs.
DEV-AID offers orientating, advisory, informative, psycho-social and legal assistance for women, youth and other special in needs groups for matters such as: human rights, education, professional training and employment, violence, poverty, gender issues etc.
DEV-AID undertakes profit, economic activity through its profiting programs for non-profit purposes.
DEV-AID undertakes cooperation with public and private entities through the services and strengthens of public-private partnership.
DEV-AID organizes formative activities, researches and studies, discussions and meetings with other institutions on national and international levels for different social and economic issues that include the Organization.
