CYLPER

The Cyprus League of People with Rheumatism is a charitable, non-profit, and non-governmental organization founded in 1984 by a rheumatologist and patients with rheumatic diseases. It provides support, education, and treatment services.

The purpose of establishing the organization was, and continues to be, to advocate for a better quality of life for people with rheumatic diseases, as well as to provide continuous information and education to help them better manage their condition.

The organization participates in European conferences and organizations with the aim of examining and discussing issues related to the management of rheumatic diseases at the European level. It also conducts research based on European and international data in order to produce useful conclusions and results concerning rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases.
