Cultural Association Arraw n-Tlelli is a non-profit youth organization based in Aghribs, Tizi Ouzou, Algeria.

Our Mission & Activities:
We are dedicated to empowering young people through non-formal education, artistic expression, and community-driven initiatives. Our core activities focus on:
- Arts & Theater: Organizing theatrical performances, cultural exhibitions, and artistic workshops to preserve heritage and foster youth creativity.
- Sports & Active Citizenship: Hosting local football tournaments, athletic events, and youth engagement programs that promote inclusion, teamwork, and healthy living.
- Media & Communication: Engaging young people in digital content creation, event coverage, and community awareness campaigns.

International Goals:
We aim to build strong partnerships with European and Mediterranean NGOs under the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps frameworks to participate in youth exchanges, training courses, and intercultural solidarity projects.
