CSF "Garstycios grudas"

Charity and support fund „Garstyčios grūdas“. Our organization has rehabilitation center for drug and alcohol addicts in Alytus (Lithuania) correction house. We currently work with over 50 rehabilitants. in 2013 we started new integration center for offenders who just finished their sentence. Our work experience in prison field is 10 years.

Our mission: to provide a various facilities to the clients by helping to rebuilt a harmony of body, mind and soul, also to help them to become personalities who respect laws and human values.

Activities:
1. Social rehabilitation – individual and group motivation on purpose to form or restore social and self-sufficing skills. Personal needs assessment: Social worker individual consultation, psychologist individual consultation, virtual program „Prisoners integration into society“
2. Vocational rehabilitation – personal training for work and employment opportunities enlargement: Computer literacy training, mentor individual counseling, law literacy training, English language training, mentor practical group session, work therapy, recruitment consultant, individual counseling, joiner profession theoretical and practical training
3. Practical training (practical job skills training) in the workplace: target group members practical vocational training in the workplace of our business partner
