CRISP e.V.

CRISP is a nonprofit, non-governmental organisation, which focuses especially on the use and spread of the method of simulation games as a tool for civil society empowerment, conflict transformation, civic education and political participation. The organisation was founded 2007 and is based in Berlin.
With the use of simulation games enriched by role-play elements, CRISP aims to promote a self organizing, holistic, and highly hands-on learning culture. CRISP's main target group are individuals and organisations active in their civil societies and interested in interactive, experience based methods of learning.
Since 2007, CRISP has conducted a number of projects in the field of conflict transformation and civic education, with a particular regional focus on the South Caucasus and the Western Balkans.
CRISP works in its projects closely together with local partners and networks.
