Creativa

Association for the Promotion of Employment and Social Cohesion (Creative Association) works to promote employment, training and social inclusion of people at risk of social exclusion and the unemployed through personalized and individualized actions, as an element basic to enhance the insertion of people with special integration difficulties. Asociación Creativa works with an Internationalization Plan, giving its actions a European dimension with Erasmus plus. We´ve had experience in key action in Ka1, Mobility workers and Youth Exchange, but in the past we worked with volunteers, EVS.

Our competences reach key competences such as youth exchanges, workers' mobilities and strategic partnerships. In these two key actions we seek to develop the European Development Plan.
Creativa's main activities are the following:

* Integrated Itineraries of socio-labour insertion with people at risk of social exclusion.
* Set of actions that improve employability and whose methodology is based on personalisation, counselling, monitoring and accompaniment in the search for employment, which means a greater expectation of achieving the objectives of labour insertion.
* Promotion of self-employment. The association is aimed at those people who are looking for a job, but who cannot find it and who are doing informal work.
