Il Germoglio cooperative operates in different areas of intervention, striving to respond to the ever-evolving needs. Its efforts are mainly directed towards individuals in situations of social disadvantage, for whom the pursuit of dignity is a challenging goal if not accompanied by a pathway of towards employment.
The main areas of intervention are social-educational, employment integration and inclusion, sustainable mobility and environment.

we are looking for partners who work on soft skills, dsability, youth with fewer opportunities, sustainability and bicycle , labor integration and parenting.

we are interested in youth exchange projects, training innovative courses for staff (soft-skills, autism, parenting ecc...) , partnerships in small scale.

We are opened to any proposal.
