Cooperativa Sociale Ecoservice

Ecoservice is a social cooperative/non-profit organization that operates in the province of Sassari (Sardinia - Italy). It was founded in 1991 with the purpose of creating projects and actions aimed at supporting vulnerable groups. Its services are available to private sector and public institutions. Across its full range of activities, Ecoservice has gained a significant experience in tourism, disability, long-term care, early childhood, children and adolescence, active employment policies and opportunities for the social integration of the disabled, immigrants and less fortunate.
Actually, Ecoservice’s main areas of focus are social planning and management of quality services in the field of social welfare, education and entertainment aimed at promoting the socio-economic integration of those applicants or beneficiaries of international protection. The development plan of the cooperative has long been oriented towards expanding orientation, accommodation and settlement service for immigrants by promoting active and long term social inclusion processes.
“Networking” is the operating method adopted by the Ecoservice Cooperative. Working in this way provides and develops innovative services as well as multidimensional and flexible interventions. This methodology, that is supported by a continuous data monitoring and control of the quality of service, has led to the Certification 900: 2000 on "Social Services and management of social structures ".
Ecoservice focuses its attention on Europe as the ideal “location” for developing new collaborative partnerships, ideas and plans. It aims to build a sense of community and responsibility through risk assessment. In order to realize its targets Ecoservice takes advantage of a wide variety of funding opportunities: public and private, regional and national and direct and indirect EU supports that are currently available.
