CONECTA is a Spanish non-profit organization based on the Tropical Coast of Granada (Andalusia), working with adolescents and adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), mainly in rural and socially vulnerable areas.
Our mission is to improve quality of life, autonomy and social participation of people with autism through community-based support, inclusive activities and personalized interventions. We provide ongoing programs focused on social skills, emotional wellbeing, daily living skills, leisure and participation in community life, always adapting our approach to the individual needs of each person.
We also support families and caregivers, promote awareness about autism, and collaborate with local services and professionals to build inclusive environments. Our work places special emphasis on people with fewer opportunities, including those living in rural contexts or facing multiple vulnerabilities.
We are interested in Erasmus+ KA210 Small-Scale Partnerships focused on inclusion, autism, adult education, youth work and wellbeing. We aim to exchange good practices with European partners, develop accessible methodologies, and organize small learning mobilities for participants with ASD, with appropriate support.
We are open to co-designing projects with partners who share similar values and work in disability, adult education, youth or mental health.
