Our institution has regional competences on the areas of social services, adults’ education, nursery schools, youth, culture and environmental services.

In our territory, we have a rich and diverse cultural and natural heritage. We have experience in a very large number of European projects, we have participated in 28 European projects and was the leads partner on 10 of them.
