CODA di LUPO

Coda di Lupo is a non-profit organization founded in 2009 in Sardinia (Italy).
Our mission is to promote social inclusion of people with fewer opportunities by implementing activities, services and projects in the following areas:
- Education and training
- Youth participation / active citizenship
- Health and wellbeing
In particular the association aims to promote:
- lifelong learning and empowerment of young and adult people with fewer opportunities,
- health and psycho-physical well-being, through healthy, responsible and sustainable lifestyles,
- intergenerational and intercultural dialogue to enhance diversity,
- rights and inclusion of people with disabilities in a multidisciplinary perspective,
- active European citizenship and participation in social life.
The association deals with the protection of the educational, social and inclusion needs of people with fewer opportunities who live in disadvantaged contexts in central-southern Sardinia and in the city of Cagliari.
The main target group is composed of young and adult people with fewer opportunities due to:
- Disabilities and health problems
- Barriers linked to education and training systems
- Social, geographical and economic barriers
- Barriers linked to discrimination
The association is composed of volunteers, trainers and professionals with expertise in youth and social work at national and international level.
Our collaboration network is made up of public institutions, NGOs, schools, social and health facilities.

Since 2014, Coda di Lupo has experience in international projects, in particular:
- Coordinator of training courses and seminars (Erasmus+ KA1 Mobility of youth workers);
- Partner of many KA1 and KA2 projects (Strategic Partnerships, seminars, training courses and youth exchanges);
- Lead, host and supporting organization in European Solidarity Corps (type of accreditation: Quality Label for volunteering).
