The objectives of the organisation are:
1. To facilitate the access of young people and people working with youth to opportunities to participate in international youth exchange and training projects;
2. To promote cultural exchange among young people and professionals working in the field of education;
3. To monitor and analyze the impact of youth exchange projects and collaborate with local community to create awareness and support for these opportunities.
