Our organization has been operating since 2000. It is responsible for organizing pre-service and in-service training for the personnel working in Penitentiary Institutions and probation directorates. We plan and carry out training programs under many headings, including theoretical and practical training. The participants of our training are civil servants, technicians, drivers, administrative officers, prison administrators, Probation directorate administrators, prison teachers and prison psychologists are staff members. The main purpose of the trainings held at the training center is to increase the competence of the staff and to contribute to the change of convicts through staff training.
8,000 personnel participate in our training annually. The training center faculty members consist of personnel with the title of prison administrator, probation directorate manager, teacher, psychologist, and chief correctional officer.
We want to meet and cooperate with partners who organize training in penal institutions and probation directorates that do the same work as us. The issues we want to partner with are; Comparison of classroom management, teaching methods, technological learning, in-class measurement practices that can increase the competence of educators, and the training curriculum in penal institution personnel training.
