Centro Studi Teorema is a non-profit association , active since 1986 in the area of vocational and long-life education for young people and the corporate sector. Founded as an organization able to accompany the young people in educational and professional growth, today Centro Studi Teorema, thanks to its 6,500 training hours per year, offers youngsters a consolidated system of training according to the principles of Life Long Learning programme and support companies in their process of acquiring, updating and improvig of internal skills.
Since the very beginning, Centro Studi Teorema has revealed itself, locally and nationally, as a valid and concrete response to the need for professional development of young people still in compulsory education (three-year and four-year courses) in key sectors of the economy such as wellness, Information and Communication Technology.
Besides, over the years Centro Studi Teorema has designed and built effective and specialized courses, aiming to the achievement of innovative and professional qualifications required by the labour market ensuring its participants concrete job opportunities as well as training and professional development for those who are in work.
In addition to its educational courses, Centro Studi Teorema, as regionally accredited provider of vocational training, avails itself of specific funds such as DOTE training and employment system.
Centro Studi Teorema is therefore able to offer the unemployed with no work experience, the opportunity to qualify to specific needs of the labor market as well as a concrete experience in business, by building internship tailored on the attitudes of each individual and the host company to be pursued along with classroom training; Learning Week (periods of study, education and acquiring experience in full immersion mode which take place throughout the school year and during holiday breaks). Students will be given the opportunity to test their skills and aspirations in the discipline they prefer; learn to build new relationships and the importance of teamwork, to meet the challenges and seize the opportunities in life. Learning Week is promoted as an effective means to face the delicate issue of school dropouts.
Last but not least, Centro Studi Teorema is entitled to issue certificates of competence recognised at European level, and provides specific surveys of training needs in the corporate sector and the planning of relative courses, mostly through the use of funding provided by Regione Lombardia and interprofessional funds (small and medium enterprises, craft businesses, banks and insurance companies). Needless to say, the consulting services of Centro Studi to access these funds is totally free for companies that decide to build corporate and inter-company training plans.
