Center for the Study of Social Democracy

Center for the Study of Social Democracy Party (CSSD) is a non-partisan, non-profit organization founded in order to create educational center that will develop knowledge of social democracy and preserve and promote its principles: a sense of solidarity, striving for the realization of social equality and the expansion of individual liberties, opposition to nationalism and all chauvinism.

CSSD now works with young people who are active in civil society to cultivate a critical attitude towards politics and history, as well as the neo-liberal model of modernization and social development, encouraging and developing civil responsibility, and helps to strengthen the capacity for social reform. CSSD also organizes conferences, round tables and discussions that assist in the formulation of social democratic response to contemporary social and political issues. Thus, CSSD brings together people of different ages creating a sort of think-tank of solidary and autonomous individuals.
