Main fields of activities are cultural education, art education, cultural interest development, amateur art promotions, as well as, planning and facilitating various programs such as concerts, exhibitions, theatre and dance performances, film and video art performances. Sociocultural projects are conducted through programs concerning social and cultural heritage, new modes in cultural production and communication, urban culture and sociology with emphasizes on multicultural aspects.
