Ce.Se.Vo.Ca.

The Ce.Se.Vo.Ca. is a network of 235 voluntary organizations of Foggia province. The Ce.Se.Vo.Ca. has the aim to support and qualify the Voluntary activities. For this purpose it delivers its services in favor of voluntary organizations subscribed or not on the regional registers. In particular:
a) delivers instruments and initiatives for the solidarity's culture growth, the promotion of new initiatives in the voluntary sector and the reinforcement of the existing;
b) offers qualified consulting and assistance as well as tools for the planning, the start and the realization of specific actions;
c) employs formation initiatives and qualification for the voluntary association's members;
d) offers informations, news, documentation and data on local and national voluntary activities.
All these services are supplied for free. The Ce.Se.Vo.Ca. activities are financed by a special banking fund that gives, yearly, 1/15 of the banking foundation's profit. The correct destination and use of this income is controlled by the "Comitato di Gestione Regionale".
In the Ce.Se.Vo.Ca. there are 6 different areas:
- Information, Communication and Promotion Area organizes the preparation and publication of the weekly newsletter and the monthly newspaper and updating the website;
- Consultant Area organizes tax, administrative, financial and legal support to voluntary organizations;
- Training Area organizes training courses for volunteers and promote volunteerism among young people;
- Documentation Area organizes the collection and dissemination of publications about the nonprofit sector and deals with the management of a small library;
- Project Management Area that is a consultant to voluntary organizations in participating in local, national and European call;
- Administrative and Staff Area.
All areas are coordinated by one Director and supported by a secretariat.
The Ce.Se.Vo.Ca. can count on 6 employees and 2 collaborators.
The target group of Ce.Se.Vo.Ca. are the Foggia province's voluntary organizations, the Foggia province's young people aged between 16 and 30 and adults that would like to start with a voluntary activities.
