Cannavaro Ferrara Foundation is:

*A grant-making Foundation
It analyzes young people needs and the priorities for action;
It works in partnership with the non profit organizations which have experience in issues related to adolescence and young people;
It selects local social projects and strives to collect the funds needed for their realization.

*Active Foundation
It builds relationships with different kinds of local, national and international authorities;
It participates in joint tenders aimed at the exchange of good practices and the collaboration on integrated development programs end social innovation;
It coordinates and monitors programs assessing their impact and outcomes;
It communicates, promotes and raises awareness with authorities, institutions, companies and private citizens about the issues faced by young people in need with less opportunities to progress in life .

*Engine of social innovation
It aggregates associations, non-governmental organizations, companies, foundations, authorities, universities and institutions in order to identify innovative solutions aimed at increasing economic, social and cultural opportunities for young people.

From 2005 Cannavaro Ferrara ONLUS Foundation is working to support social projects for children and youth.

We realize the following activities:
1) Analysis and research about the needs of young people in their geographical area and the planning and development of the related projects;
2) Fund raising;
3) Communication and awareness campaigns;
4) Projects development in the following fields: Sport, job training and job placement, solidarity, social inclusion and culture.
