Cagliari Creative Factory

Cagliari Creative Factory is a cultural center for audiovisual and digital art, managed by the Creative Factory association, with the goal of promoting and supporting the work of emerging authors and fostering an exchange between artists, the local community, and the public.

The association has extensive experience in activities related to the world of cinema, organizing training events, screenings, and festivals. In recent years, it has focused on activities aimed at overcoming the traditional boundaries of narrative cinema, with the intent to explore new frontiers and offer a hybrid experience, integrating different languages and technologies, promoting stylistic innovation, and enabling authors to push the boundaries of language while developing a personal visual and narrative style.
Ranging from experimental cinema to essay films, video art, interactive narratives, augmented reality, video games, and much more. This approach allows authors to reinvent themselves, transcending industry boundaries to reaffirm an authorial perspective.

The association also organizes a film festival, which in recent years has become its flagship event: the Cagliari Essay Film, dedicated to essay films in their various forms and expressions, providing a unique space in Italy to explore a constantly evolving cinematic form, with particular attention to new perspectives and stylistic innovations.
