Buruciye Youth and Education Association (BYEA) is an organization involved in enhancing youth development in the areas of Democracy and Good Governance, Sustainability, Active Citizenship, Culture, Art, theatre, Music, Creativity, Education, Employment, Social Entrepreneurship, policymaking Health, environment and Wellbeing Leadership Training, governance sports, Youth Business, Long and Short term volunteer Placements among other programs .
BYEA is one of the leading youth organizations working in the field of youth empowerment, strengthening of Turkish youngsters and youth politics, promotion of civic engagement, democratization and human rights in Turkey. To develop their fullest potential and bring about positive change in the societies they live, we envision a situation where young people are involved, valued, respected and listened to, where they feel safe and are safe, and where they can develop to their fullest potential. Ultimately the impact of Youth Initiative is to enhance the quality of life for all members of the society.
Our organization works today with a modern vision toward developing the local societies, through understanding information technology, communication, and interacts with the developing process by adapting methodologies had been certified internationally and praised by a specialized organizations, Through the knowledge and expertise exchanges.

The organization works to improve the youth leadership skills so they can stand up with their pioneer rule, and the initiative to develop the society through a training programs and knowledge exchange meetings, between the organization and its partners in the international networks and the regional meetings, the organization is a active member, founder, and board member in four networks spreads all over world.
