Budilnik Skopje

BUDILNIK – Association for Human Potential Development, Creativity and Personal Growth is a newly established non-profit, non-partisan organisation based in Skopje, North Macedonia.

Our mission is to create opportunities for learning, personal development, creativity, cooperation and active citizenship.

Our main areas of work include:

• Non-formal education and lifelong learning
• Youth empowerment, active citizenship and volunteering
• Adult education and intergenerational learning
• Personal development, communication and social skills
• Digital, green and entrepreneurial skills
• Creativity, innovation and cultural-educational activities
• Social inclusion, equal opportunities and women's empowerment
• Environmental awareness, upcycling and circular economy

We work with young people, adults, women, unemployed people, educators, volunteers and people with fewer opportunities.
We are interested in Erasmus+ cooperation, international partnerships, mobility projects, training courses, youth exchanges and Small-scale Partnerships (KA210).
As a new organisation, we are looking to build long-term partnerships and contribute through local workshops, educational activities, community engagement, participant outreach and dissemination of project results in North Macedonia.
