Bodrum Dance Club

It has attracted intense attention of local and national press by preparing World Dancing Day for twelve times on 29th of April and realizing 4th Turkey–Greece Culture Meeting on 09th May World Europe Day in this year.

Bodrum Dance Club continues Culture promotions in different cities of Europe with its foreign promotion team. It became the priority of Europe TV channels in the Festivals to which it participated in the cities of Bischwiller, Mullhouse and Belfort in France, in the cities of Feldkirch, Bregenz and Bludenz in Austria, Portugal, Greece, Latvia, Germany and was in the news in European press for a long time.

The culture promotion and personal development activities of our club which continues its trainings within the framework of European identity have attracted intense attention of club dancers to EVS.

According to the current data of State Statistics Institute, the number of young population aged between 15 and 25 and living in Bodrum is 14,755 persons and this number is rapidly increasing due to immigrations, therefore EVS applications keep snowballing in the same rate.

We believe wholeheartedly that our club which has not had any EVS project experiences before, will meet youth living in Mugla with youth in Europe, will provide cultural communication by the virtue of dancing as an universal language, will improve international dialogue in company with European identity and will add international dimensions to the traditional dances as both host and sending organization.

As a sending organization, Mugla province and district is primary location to act.
