Biyosider

BİYOSİDER is a multidisciplinary non-governmental organization established through the collaboration of professionals dedicated to advancing public health, including medical doctors, biologists, environmental engineers, veterinarians, public health specialists, epidemiologists, food engineers, and other relevant disciplines, with recognized expertise in planetary health, One Health, environmental health, human health, climate change, and health system preparedness and resilience. In addition to its technical and scientific mission, the association places particular emphasis on increasing awareness, sensitivity, and engagement among young people regarding human health, environmental health, and climate change. Adopting a strong evidence-based approach, the association has played an active role in numerous national and international congresses and projects, and has successfully organized training activities within international initiatives, particularly in the areas of environmental risks, pesticides, sustainable agriculture, and health impacts. As an active member of Pesticides Action Network Europe, BİYOSİDER contributes to European and global networks by supporting policy development, advocacy, and knowledge exchange, with the aim of strengthening the interface between science, society, and policy.
