BEST SOLUTIONS DOOEL is a consulting and capacity-building company based in Skopje, North Macedonia, dedicated to supporting organizations, entrepreneurs, and local communities in developing future-ready skills and sustainable growth models. The company combines business consulting, non-formal education, and innovation-driven methodologies to strengthen leadership, entrepreneurship, digital transformation, and social innovation.
Our work focuses on three strategic pillars: Green and Digital Transition (Twin Transition), Inclusion and Women's Empowerment, and Leadership & Personal Development. We design and deliver training programmes, mentoring, workshops, and practical learning experiences that improve entrepreneurial competences, digital skills, financial literacy, emotional intelligence, change management, and organisational resilience.
Since 2020, BEST SOLUTIONS has successfully implemented business development programmes and executive training for leading international and national companies, including manufacturing, banking, insurance, and technology sectors. The organisation has also participated in internationally funded initiatives and has extensive experience in designing educational programmes, facilitating workshops, and managing innovation-oriented projects.
Our multidisciplinary team combines expertise in strategic management, leadership development, project management, financial literacy, sustainability, communication, digital marketing, and creative learning methodologies. We actively seek international partnerships to co-create Erasmus+, EIT, and other European projects that promote entrepreneurship, sustainability, social inclusion, digital innovation, and lifelong learning.
